The State of 麻豆传媒 mandates that certain health requirements be met for entrance to post-secondary educational institutions. 
Health Clearance Requirements
All students, including faculty and staff enrolled in classes, must fulfill the following health requirements before attending the University of Hawai驶i.
Required Clearances
- Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance
- Required Immunizations:
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)*
- Tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis (Tdap)
- Varicella (Chickenpox)*
- Meningococcal Conjugate (MCV)*
*Important Notes
- MMR and Varicella: These vaccines are not recommended for women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Please consult with a healthcare provider.
- MCV: This vaccine is only required for first-year students (age 21 or younger) who will be living in on-campus housing.
