Overview
The University of Hawai'i Ka ʻImi ʻIke Educational and Innovation Instructional Facility is located on the Leeward Community College campus in Pearl City. It is a 19,400-square-foot facility providing classrooms, offices, and other support programs for Education.
The building earned the LEED Gold rating for implementation of various sustainable strategies. These strategies include maximizing daylighting and natural ventilation, installation of on-site renewable energy, use of low-emitting materials, and much more.
