Frear Hall – LEED Silver

Overview

The University of Â鶹´«Ã½ Frear Hall is located on the Â鶹´«Ã½Manoa lower campus. The building is a 12-story student residence. It is the University of Â鶹´«Ã½ at Manoa Main Campus' first completed LEED Silver building.

The building earned the LEED Silver rating for its energy efficient and water efficient fixtures, use of low-emitting materials throughout, public transportation access, and more.
