Overview
Site Description: The University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Community College System's Culinary Institute of the Pacific is a 44,000-square-foot facility located at the foot of Diamond Head, adjacent to the Kapiʻolani Community College. The facility supports culinary programs and includes two culinary lab buildings, a Competition/Demonstration Auditorium, a Classroom building, Administration building.
The facility earned the LEED Gold rating for the implementation of sustainable design strategies such as installation of photovoltaic panels, site orientation for optimal daylighting, solar hot water, and more.
