List of Potential Candidates Delivered to Governor


On June 13, 2018, the Council delivered to Governor David Igeʻs office a list of candidates for the Kauaʻi County seat on the University of Â鶹´«Ã½ Board of Regents.

A list of three candidates was provided, from which one may be nominated by the governor for appointment to the BOR effective immediately, with consent of the Â鶹´«Ã½ State Senate.


On February 27, 2018, the Candidate Advisory Council delivered to Governor David Igeʻs office a list of candidates for one Â鶹´«Ã½ County seat on the University of Â鶹´«Ã½ Board of Regents.

A list of three candidates was provided, from which one may be nominated by the governor for appointment to the BOR effective July 1, 2018, with consent of the Â鶹´«Ã½ State Senate.


On January 11, 2018, the Council delivered to Governor David Ige's office a list of candidates for one Student seat on the University of Â鶹´«Ã½ Board of Regents.

A list of three candidates was provided, from which one may be nominated by the governor for appointment to the BOR effective July 1, 2018, with consent of the Â鶹´«Ã½ State Senate.


On December 20, 2017, the Council delivered to Governor David Ige's office a list of candidates for one At Large and one Maui County seat on the University of Â鶹´«Ã½ Board of Regents (BOR).

A list of six candidates was provided, from which two may be nominated by the governor for appointment to the BOR effective July 1, 2018, with consent of the Â鶹´«Ã½ State Senate.
