On September 16, 2014, the Candidates Advisory Council (CAC) delivered to Governor Neil Abercrombie's office a list of candidates for the University of Â鶹´«Ã½ Board of Regents (BOR).
A list of 14 candidates was provided, from which four may be nominated by the governor for appointment to the BOR for a seat to be filled immediately on an interim basis until confirmed by Â鶹´«Ã½ State Senate.
