The is among the world¡¯s best for academic, faculty, research and sustainability excellence, according to the by global higher educational analyst Quacquarelli Symonds released June 4.
UH ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹ ranked No. 73 among U.S. institutions () and No. 488 in the world (). This places UH¡¯s flagship campus in the top 2% globally.
“The QS rankings highlight the exceptional quality of education and research at UH ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹, placing us among the world¡¯s elite universities,” UH ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹ Provost Michael Bruno said. “The people of Â鶹´«Ã½ can take pride in knowing that their university is recognized for its excellence on an international stage.”
QS rated universities on the following criteria: academic reputation (30%), citations per faculty (20%), employer reputation (15%), faculty student ratio (10%), international faculty ratio (5%), international student ratio (5%), sustainability (5%), employment outcomes (5%) and international research network (5%).
