University of Â鶹´«Ã½ Hilo player Kiersten Saludares claimed the Pacific West Golf title with an outstanding final two rounds at the 2024 Pacific West Conference Women¡¯s Golf Championship on April 17 at the Mauna Lani Golf Course.
Saludares finished with an even-par 72 to hold off Biola University¡¯s golfer for medalist honors. The UH Hilo sophomore shot scores of 71 and 72 to finish at +4.
Saludares is the first Vulcan to win the PacWest tournament in 10 years.
