Quick Tips for Academic Success

  1. Book tutoring and advising early, especially before exams, papers, and registration periods.
  2. Use your campus support office, not just your course instructor, when you need help.
  3. Check official campus pages each semester for the latest hours, locations, and appointment systems.
  4. Use program sheets, STAR, campus catalogs, and academic advising together when planning your schedule.
  5. Before dropping a class, speak with your instructor, academic advisor, financial aid office, BTH campus contact, and First-to-Work case manager if applicable.
