University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½ at ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹ beach volleyball claimed a Big West top honor, and four Rainbow Wahine pairs earned recognition.
Quinn Snyder was voted to the All-Big West second team for both singles and doubles, Andy Hernandez earned a second team doubles honor, and Karl Collins earned honorable mention in singles.
UH ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹¡¯s Nikola Homolkova, Nelly Knezkova and Ana Vilcek all earned singles second team honors and Sheena Masuda/Knezkova and Homolkova/Vilcek both earned doubles Honorable Mention awards.
UH women¡¯s water polo team claimed two of the Big West¡¯s top individual awards, and seven Rainbow Wahine players received all-conference recognition.
Rayna White was selected to the second team, while Jayda Favela, Lexie Tilton and Chloe Sales landed on the third team.
Guilherme Voss earned a spot on the second team, with Tread Rosenthal and Alakaʻi Todd receiving honorable mentions.
With the victory, the Rainbow Wahine claimed the Big West¡¯s automatic bid to the NCAA National Collegiate Women¡¯s Water Polo Championship.
UH improved to 11-1 all-time against Long Beach State in the Big West tournament and 4-0 in the title match.
