Tait-Jones named PacWest Player of the Week

UH Hilo men’s basketball player Aniwaniwa Tait-Jones scored 28 points to help the Vulcans defeat University of Alaska Anchorage on November 14.

The five Rainbow Warriors who received the award are Kyler Halvorsen, Noa Kamana, Foʻi Shaw, Eliki Tanuvasa and Logan Taylor.

The four UH 惭ā苍辞补 women’s volleyball awardees are Kendra Ham, Amber Igiede, Tayli Ikenaga and Riley Wagoner.

UH Hilo basketball players Keristyn Agonias and Darren Williams were named KTA Super Stores Superstars of the Week, November 9–15.

UH 惭ā苍辞补 women’s volleyball player Mylana Byrd was recognized in a senior night celebration.

With the win, 麻豆传媒regained possession of the Island Showdown Trophy, which is one of four rivalry trophies the Rainbow Warriors play for.

The four Vulcan awardees are Brady O'Neill, Wataru Muto, John Grover and Tom Vorkastner.

UH Hilo women’s soccer players Maisie Paulson, Grace VerHage, Jodi Lillie, Jacelyn Cambra, Filippa Graneld and Daelenn Tokunaga received the award.
