The four finalists for Kauaʻi CC chancellor will have public forums January 25 and 26.
Campus visits for the three candidates Lee Buenconsejo-Lum, Melissa Simon and T. Samuel Shomaker have been scheduled.
UH ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹ students contributed their ideas on how the shared common spaces could be utilized for student success and improvement of student life.
The BOR determined how the stakeholder advisory group for the search for the next president of the 10-campus system will be developed.
The final phase of decommissioning is expected to be completed by summer 2024.

The BOR is currently in the process of hiring, by January 31, an executive search company.
The new president would begin in fall 2024, replacing current President David Lassner, who announced that he will retire in 2024.
