University of Â鶹´«Ã½ at ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹ goalkeeper Daisy Logtens was named the Big West women’s water polo Player of the Week after an impressive showing at the Barbara Kalbus Invitational held February 13¨C15.
This marks Logtens’ second career weekly honor. The junior protected the cage with 24 saves and four steals to help the Rainbow Wahine go 2¨C1 in the tournament featuring six of the top seven teams in the national polls.
No. 5 UH ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹ returns to action and begins Big West play against No. 10 UC Irvine on February 27, at the Anteater Aquatics Complex in Irvine, California.
