University of Â鶹´«Ã½ Hilo player Tia Kualiʻi earned her PacWest Golfer of the Week award after landing in second place during the Augustana Spring Fling at Palm Desert¡¯s Desert Will Golf Conference.
Kualiʻi shot consistent rounds of 77 and 76 and helped lead her team to a second-place finish as well making this the best tournament finish in her five-year career as a Vulcan. Kualiʻi battled through both rounds with six bogeys on each 18, but also three birdies the first day and four birdies the second.
