On Friday, June 26, environmental law experts, jurists and scholars met at the University of Â鶹´«Ã½ at Mānoa for a symposium discussing Â鶹´«Ã½’s newly established environmental court, which will begin operation on July 1. The panel addressed questions about the court and its jurisdiction as well as its potential impact in Â鶹´«Ã½.
