The University of Hawai?i celebrates UH Day at the State Capitol on Wednesday, March 20, 9 a.m. at the State Capitol Rotunda.
This year¡¯s theme is Healthy People, Healthy Pets. The event will include interactive exhibits by various UH campuses, including the , the , UH ²Ñ¨¡²Ô´Ç²¹¡¯s , UH ±á¾±±ô´Ç¡¯²õ , , Windward Community College¡¯s and more.
In addition, there will be a farm animal exhibit featuring sheep and two newborn lambs.
UH Day at the State Capitol is part of the state legislatures¡¯ 10th Annual Education Week. The event is coordinated by the Hawai?i State Senate Committee on Education, chaired by Senator Jill Tokuda.
UH cheerleaders will lead a pep rally to kick off the event. There will also be prizes.
