IT All-Campus Workshop

Since 2015 Information Technology Services has periodically hosted an IT All-Campus Workshop to share best practices, hear the latest about current and upcoming system-wide IT services, and discuss how to solve the challenges and take advantage of the new opportunities facing us daily.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual summer all-day, in-person event was transitioned to a virtual format in 2020. Given the overwhelming positive reception to the revised format and requests for more frequent workshops, three shorter virtual events were held in 2021, 2023, 2024 and 2025. The annual, in-person full day workshop was re-established in July 2023 and was last held on Friday, July 18, 2025 at Windward Community College Hale 'Ākoakoa Rooms 101-105.
The next in-person workshop is currently scheduled for Friday, July 24, 2026 at the Â鶹´«Ã½Mānoa Campus Center Ballroom. More information will be posted on this website closer to the event date.
