"Session Timeout"
Users reported receiving a "Session Timeout" error message when accessing self-service via a MyÂé¶¹´«Ã½task.

Recommendations
- Log out of your session, and try again
- Access with another browser
- Go incognito or use private window
- FIREFOX: CTRL + SHIFT + P keyboard shortcut will open an incognito window
- CHROME: CTRL + SHIFT + n keyboard shortcut will open an incognito window
- Clearing your cache, cookies, and history
