I lost my Âé¶¹´«Ã½hard token. What should I do?

Please contact the ITS Help Desk as soon as possible. If, after a 3-week period, the Âé¶¹´«Ã½hard token has not been found, it will be removed from the system and can no longer be reinitialized. You will then have to purchase a new Âé¶¹´«Ã½hard token for use with Âé¶¹´«Ã½Login MFA.
