On March 16, 2022 the U.S. The Department of Homeland Security (TPS) for 18 months. Only individuals who are already residing in the U.S as of March 15, 2022, will be eligible for TPS. Afghanistan TPS will become available when the notice is published in the Federal Register, which is expected soon.
