CTE Programs Overview
Career and Technical Education programs are available at Hawai'i State Department of Education public high schools and University of Hawai'i Community Colleges. Unique to Hawai'i, there is one state public school system, Hawai'i State Department of Education, and the University of Hawai'i System is the state鈥檚 public system of postsecondary education. Hawai'i State Department of Education has identified that are implemented in its public high schools, and among the seven University of Hawai'i Community Colleges there are more than 100 degree and certificate Career and Technical Education programs.
