Learn how to use essential oils for stress relief, produce homemade soap using māla herbs, make medicinal honey and ʻōlena lemonade, or dye natural fabric pieces at the Decolonial Medicine/Self-Care Workshops on the third Wednesdays of every month throughout the spring 2017 semester.

Join alum Carly Wilson to learn how to use essential oils for stress relief, immunity boosting, and to get you through those long assignments.
