This interactive workshop, led by Âé¶¹´«Ã½²ÑÄå²Ô´Ç²¹â€™s Counseling and Student Development Center, will focus on systemic and psychological drivers of burnout among graduate students. Participants will learn about the signs and symptoms of burnout, differences between acute stress and chronic emotional exhaustion, and methods to promote wellness and prevent burnout. Through interactive activities, participants will learn ways to tailor self-care to the realities of their daily life. Registered students will be sent details for in-person attendance prior to the event.
