A licensed architect in the State of Hawai‘i and a graduate of the University of Hawai‘i at ԴDz School of Architecture, Tonaki joined D.R. Horton Hawai‘i in 2003 and has played a key role in advancing the company’s mission and growth, including helping shape the vision and development of Ho‘opili, the state’s largest active master-planned mixed-use community. In 2021, she became the first woman and the fourth leader in the company’s 53-year history to serve as president of the Hawai‘i division. The Flores Real Estate Lecture brings together industry professionals, alumni, students and community members for insights on current trends and leadership in Hawai‘i’s real estate and development sectors.
