4-H Youth Meat Judging Workshop

March 9, 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Participants will learn how livestock and meat products are evaluated using industry standards, including carcass evaluation, quality and yield grading, and the fundamentals of meat judging. This workshop is ideal for 4-H youth interested in livestock, animal science, and judging competitions.
