What: Makana o ²ÑÄå²Ô´Ç²¹ When: January 29th, 2026 Where: Campus Center Ballroom Time: 5pm-8pm (doors open at 4:30pm) Are you free Thursday night? Come and indulge yourself in the beauty of Hawaiian culture at Makana o ²ÑÄå²Ô´Ç²¹ on January 29th from 5pm-8pm in the Campus Center Ballroom! Make sure to come early as doors will open at 4:30pm! This event is open to the public and free admission so make sure to bring your family and friends! Hawaiian dinner plates will be available, along with vegan options as well. Dinner is free for all UHM Students and only $8 for the public! Forever lei crafts will be held while supplies last, so don’t miss out on the opportunity to create and take home your own piece of the night! There will be special performances by Ikaika Mendez and the cast of Lele Wale, The Baker ‘Ohana and Baba Tavares, and TakeOne Music, so you don’t want to miss this! We hope to see you there!
