Cross-Cultural Conversations: Universal Human Rights in Our Galaxy and Beyond
November 6, 2:30pm - 4:00pm
Mānoa Campus, Zoom
As humanity plans to build lunar settlements and venture to Mars, how may we design political systems to ensure universal human rights across the universe? Join our interactive speaker session with Ari Eisenstat, an instructor in Human Rights, Space Exploration, and Astrobiology. Exchange ideas with participating students from the Eikei University of Hiroshima as Ari discusses future scenarios across government, business, and civil society to achieve sustainable development on Earth and beyond. RSVP on Zoom.
Organized by Peacebuilding LLC in collaboration with the Matsunaga Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution.
