Discover how yoga, breathwork, and meditation can reduce stress, improve focus, and support your well-being as you prepare for finals. After this week, there's only one session left before winter break. Whether you're looking to de-stress before exams or build resilience for finals week, this session is designed to empower you for academic success. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. RSVP is required to reserve your spot. Please bring a large towel or a yoga mat.
