The following are a few options for Âé¶¹´«Ã½users to acquire Microsoft software (non-Âé¶¹´«Ã½Departmental funds).

    MICROSOFT (OFFICE) 365 FOR EDUCATION:

    Âé¶¹´«Ã½faculty, staff and students with an active affiliation with the campuses listed below are eligible for the full, download version of the Office applications through the Microsoft 365 for Education program. These campuses have established a contract with Microsoft to license users for their campus. If you qualify, please contact your campus for more information on what you are eligible for and how to get the software.

    • Âé¶¹´«Ã½West Oahu: (NOTE: students will have access to M365 online only)
    • Honolulu Community College:
    • Leeward Community College (LCC faculty and staff ONLY):
    • Windward Community College:

    MICROSOFT 365 FOR THE WEB (FORMERLY OFFICE ONLINE):

    All users are eligible to use , which is a free, basic, browser-based version of Microsoft Office using a personal, non-Âé¶¹´«Ã½email address.


    PURCHASES BY PERSONAL FUNDS:

    • (select Software on the left)
    • subscription licensing for college students directly from Microsoft
    • (For 1 person) or (1-6 people) subscription licensing directly from Microsoft
    • (operating system)
