Migrating the <span  aria-label=\"SSA: Social Security Administration\"  data-cmtooltip=\"Social Security Administration\" class=\"glossaryLink \">SSA<\/span> process into <span  aria-label=\"PeopleSoft: UH's Human Resources Information System\"  data-cmtooltip=\"UH&#039;s Human Resources Information System\" class=\"glossaryLink \">PeopleSoft<\/span> as an electronic transaction allows for in-time tracking of requests according to defined timelines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em><strong>3. Electronic Tracking System\/Database<br>\n<\/strong><\/em><em>&ldquo;The Employer through consultation with the UHPA, shall create an electronic tracking system and database of all special salary adjustments or bonus payments for merit, equity, market, or retention that shall be made readily available and accessible to UHPA.&rdquo;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2>Submitting and Reviewing Special Salary Adjustment Requests<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>To submit or review an Special Salary Adjustment request in <span  aria-label=\"PeopleSoft: UH's Human Resources Information System\"  data-cmtooltip=\"UH&#039;s Human Resources Information System\" class=\"glossaryLink \">PeopleSoft<\/span>, users must first complete <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/infosec\/training\/\">ISAT Training<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>When you are ready to submit or review a Special Salary Adjustment, log in to <a href=\"http:\/\/ps.hawaii.edu\">PeopleSoft.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Guides below explain each user&rsquo;s role in the process of requesting, reviewing, approving, and concurring with the <span  aria-label=\"SSA: Social Security Administration\"  data-cmtooltip=\"Social Security Administration\" class=\"glossaryLink \">SSA<\/span> request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Notice: To comply with R-17 \u2013 Memorandum of Understanding on Procedures for Special Salary Adjustments and Bonus Payments, the Special &hellip;
