E/M evaluations are conducted annually to provide feedback on the achievement of goals, expectations, accomplishments, and overall performance.


Eligibility for E/M Evaluations?

E/M employees hired on or before October 1 of the evaluation year are required to participate in the evaluation process. To be eligible, an employee must have been in their E/M position for at least six months by the end of the evaluation period.

E/M employees hired after October 1 of the evaluation year are not required to participate.


The E/M Evaluation Process

The E/M Performance Evaluation is a structured process that ensures clear expectations, feedback, and performance assessments for Executive & Managerial employees. It includes self-evaluation, peer and subordinate feedback, supervisor review, and final approval by the President.

What happens? E/M employees reflect on accomplishments, challenges, and areas for growth and submit their self-evaluation in Trakstar before the deadline.

What happens? Supervisors review self-evaluations, conduct performance assessments in Trakstar and meet with employees before submitting final ratings. They also set new goals for the next evaluation period.

What happens? The President reviews and gives final approval for ratings of Direct Reports. The President also receives all E/M evaluations and overall scores for final review and concurrence.
