With STEM<\/abbr> workforce projections for the state on the rise, a new Âé¶¹´«Ã½<\/span> P–20<\/a> report explores education pathways that prepare students for careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. The Education to Workforce Report highlights Âé¶¹´«Ã½<\/span> State Department of Education<\/a> (HIDOE<\/abbr>) graduates enrollment, persistence and STEM<\/abbr> degree attainment at University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½<\/span><\/a> campuses and whether these students end up in the local workforce.<\/p>\n

Between 2016 and 2026, STEM<\/abbr> occupations in Âé¶¹´«Ã½<\/span> are projected to grow 3.7 percent to 31,965 jobs.<\/p>\n
