This year&#8217;s theme is alumni pets and the entry deadline is 5 p.m. on September 7, 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Photos do not have to be taken in <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> but preference will be given to photos with a local angle or flair.<\/p>\n<p>Winning entries will be featured in the 2013 Alumni Photo Calendar and the winners will receive five copies of the printed calendars.<\/p>\n<p>Limit one entry per University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> alumna\/us or <a href=\"http:\/\/uhalumni.org\/s\/1220\/start.aspx\"><abbr>UH<\/abbr> Alumni Association<\/a> member. Entries must be the original work of the person submitting the photo.<\/p>\n<p>Entries must be high-resolution digital images with a minimum size of at least 11.25 inches wide by 8.75 inces tall at 300 dpi resolution.
