The Boxcar Children: Surprise Island<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The University of Â鶹´«Ã½ at M\u0101noa\u2019s Outreach College<\/a> presents the 12th Annual KIDS FIRST! Film Festival<\/a> on 4 consecutive Sundays, June 24 and July 1, 8, and 15 at the UH<\/abbr> M\u0101noa Art Auditorium.<\/p>\n

Film screenings<\/h2>\n

The free screenings are comprised of award-winning international shorts; new episodes of the television series, Molang<\/em>; the interactive, animated and live-action film, Shimajiro and the Rainbow Oasis<\/em>; and a special closing event with writer\/director Dan Chuba presenting his new animated feature, The Boxcar Children: Surprise Island<\/em>. The publisher of the children’s classic, The Boxcar Children<\/em>, will provide book sets as door prizes.<\/p>\n
