If full payment or enrollment in the <abbr>UH<\/abbr> Installment Payment Plan is not POSTED to your My<abbr>UH<\/abbr> account by Friday, August 10, 2018, 4 p.m. (<abbr>HST<\/abbr>), your registration may be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>Note: If you are a fall 2018 financial aid recipient, please disregard the August 10 deadline, your deadline is Wednesday, August 29, 2018, 4 p.m. (<abbr>HST<\/abbr>). Please refer to the <a href=\"http:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\/records\/register\/guide.html\"><em>Fall 2018 Registration Guide<\/em><\/a> for detailed information.<\/p>\n<p>Full payment can be made by MasterCard, VISA or any credit card accepted by the Discover Network such as Discover, Diners and <abbr title=\"Japanese Credit Bureau\">JCB<\/abbr>, pinless debit card or web check (checking or savings account) or sign up for the Installment Payment Plan over the web by connecting to <a href=\"https:\/\/myuh.hawaii.edu\/\">My<abbr>UH<\/abbr><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Check payments can be mailed to University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Âé¶¹´«Ã½<\/span> Cashier&#8217;s Office, 2600 Campus Road, QLCSS 105, Honolulu, <abbr title=\"Hawaii\">HI<\/abbr> 96821-2222. Students should allow a minimum of five days for mail delivery to meet the payment deadline. Students should use the Mail-In Payment Remittance Form in the registration guide to mail in their payment. Campus mail and drop off payments are not accepted. Payment by cash or check can be made in person at the Cashier&#8217;s Office, Student Services Center, First Floor, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For students&#8217; convenience, the Cashier&#8217;s Office will have extended window service hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on August 10, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Students who are due a refund should verify their mailing address is correct and sign up for eRefund on their My<abbr>UH<\/abbr> portal.<\/p>\n<h2>Fall 2018 faculty and staff tuition waivers<\/h2>\n<p>Eligible University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Âé¶¹´«Ã½<\/span> employees (this does not apply to graduate assistants) may enroll in credit courses in the University system and use a Faculty\/Staff Tuition Waiver to pay for a maximum of 6 credit hrs per semester. Employees must first apply for admission (submit a <abbr>UH<\/abbr> Admission Application Form to the admissions office) by the appropriate deadline and be admitted before registering for classes.<\/p>\n<p>Employees should disregard the scheduled registration time given to them by My<abbr>UH<\/abbr> since faculty\/staff tuition waivers are valid only for classes registered during the Late Registration Period August 20 to August 28. Employees must register on My<abbr>UH<\/abbr> web site. Faculty and staff who register before the late registration period will be assessed all applicable tuition and fees. No refunds will be made.<\/p>\n<p>Tuition and fees must be paid in full by Wednesday, August 29, 2018, 4 p.m. (<abbr>HST<\/abbr>). Absolute last day to process fall 2018 faculty\/staff\/spouse\/domestic partner tuition waivers will be Tuesday, September 11, 2018, 3:30 p.m. (<abbr>HST<\/abbr>).
