An estimated 900 students participated in the commencement ceremony.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/2017\/12\/20\/photos-congratulations-to-our-uh-grads\/\">See photos from Â鶹´«Ã½fall graduations!<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le Jeune&#8217;s fascination in storytelling and writing is derived from a multicultural background and explorative lifestyle in Miami, Florida, where was born and raised. She studied English and journalism at <abbr title=\"University of Hawaii\">UH<\/abbr> M\u0101noa as a gateway to adventure in her interests in environmentalism, human rights, cultural studies and much more. Le Jeune&#8217;s studies in global citizenship has led her toward learning opportunities in places like Spain, Morocco, India and Austria.<\/p>\n<p>She hopes to use her degrees to tell stories that will extend her reach on a global scale, voicing communities and environments that are otherwise overlooked.
