Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> State Supreme Court Chief Justice Mark Recktenwald<\/a> will discuss access to justice and take questions at the University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span>–West Oʻahu<\/span><\/a>\u2019s Equal Justice in Our Constitution event on September 19, 10—11 a.m. at second-floor exhibition space of the Library. Equal Justice in Our Constitution is open to students, faculty, staff and the community.<\/p>\n

The event is sponsored by UH<\/abbr> West Oʻahu<\/span>’s new Law Society Club in honor of Constitution Day, a federal observance that commemorates the signing of the United States Constitution in Philadelphia on September 17, 1787.<\/p>\n

Recktenwald is also scheduled to meet with Law Society Club members, along with Troy J.H. Andrade<\/strong><\/a>, interim director for the Ulu Lehua Scholars Program<\/a> at the William S. Richardson School of Law<\/a>.<\/p>\n
