This sector partnership brought together the University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> and <a href=\"http:\/\/hawaiiba.org\/\"><span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> Bankers Association<\/a> to address the changes needed in the banking and financial workforce.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Related <abbr title=\"University of Hawaii\">UH<\/abbr> News story<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/2017\/07\/24\/new-banking-curriculum\/\">Industry sector partnerships lead to new banking curriculum<\/a>, July 24, 2017<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/windward.hawaii.edu\/\">Windward Community College<\/a> produced the curriculum for the four-week training that was delivered using a blended learning model, integrating face-to-face and online environments that is student-centered. Topics covered included banking products, banking ethics, business communications skills, and customer service in banking specific to <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span>. <\/p>\n<p>The Universal Banker program is accepting applications for the next course.
