The <abbr title=\"University of Hawaii\">UH<\/abbr> M&#257;noa <a href=\"http:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\/undergrad\/freshman\/\">First Year Programs<\/a> have created <abbr title=\"Academic Excellence\">ACE<\/abbr> Learning Communities to assist students in their transition into a collegiate career.
