Fall 2017 tuition payment deadline<\/h2>\n

Tuition and fees for students registering April 19 to July 21, 2017 must be paid in full or enrollment in the UH<\/abbr> Installment Payment Plan by Friday, July 21, 2017, 4 p.m. (HST<\/abbr>). UH<\/abbr> Installment Payment Plan will be offered starting July 1, 2017; see MyUH<\/abbr><\/a> portal for details. If full payment or enrollment in the UH<\/abbr> Installment Payment Plan is not POSTED to your MyUH<\/abbr> account by Friday, July 21, 2017, 4 p.m. (HST<\/abbr>), your registration may be cancelled.<\/p>\n

Note<\/b>: If you are a fall 2017 financial aid recipient, please disregard the July 21 deadline, your deadline is Wednesday, August 30, 2017, 4 p.m. (HST<\/abbr>). Please refer to the Fall 2017 Registration Guide for detailed information.<\/p>\n

Full payment can be made by MasterCard, VISA or any credit card accepted by the Discover Network such as Discover, Diners, and JCB<\/abbr>, pinless debit card or web check (checking or savings account) or sign up for the Installment Payment Plan over the web by connecting to MyUH<\/abbr><\/a>. Check payments can be mailed to University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> Cashier’s Office, 2600 Campus Road, QLCSS<\/abbr> 105, Honolulu, HI 96821-2222.<\/p>\n

Students should allow a minimum of 5 days for mail delivery to meet the payment deadline. Students should use the Mail-In Payment Remittance Form in the Fall 2017 Registration Guide<\/em> to mail in their payment. Campus mail and drop off payments are not accepted. Payment by cash or check can be made in person at the Cashier’s Office, Student Services Center, First Floor, 8:30 a.m.—3:30 p.m. For students’ convenience, the Cashier’s Office will have extended window service hours from 8:30 a.m.—4 p.m. on July 21, 2017.<\/p>\n

Students who are due a refund should verify their mailing address is correct and sign up for eRefund on their MyUH<\/abbr> portal.<\/p>\n

Fall 2017 faculty and staff tuition waivers<\/h2>\n

\u2028Eligible University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> employees (this does not apply to graduate assistants) may enroll in credit courses in the university system and use a Faculty\/Staff Tuition Waiver to pay for a maximum of 6 credit hrs per semester. Employees must first apply for admission (submit a UH<\/abbr> Admission Application Form to the Admissions Office) by the appropriate deadline and be admitted before registering for classes.<\/p>\n

Employees should disregard the scheduled registration time given to them by MyUH<\/a> since Faculty\/Staff Tuition Waivers are valid only for classes registered during the Late Registration Period August 21 to August 30. Employees must register on MyÂ鶹´«Ã½web site. Faculty and staff who register before the late registration period will be assessed all applicable tuition and fees. No refunds will be made.<\/p>\n

Tuition and fees must be paid in full by Wednesday, August 30, 2017, 4 p.m. (HST<\/abbr>). Absolute last day to process Fall 2017 Faculty\/Staff\/Spouse\/Domestic Partner Tuition Waivers will be Monday, September 11, 2017, 3:30 p.m. (HST<\/abbr>).
