L&#275;&#699;ahi Concept Kitchen will open in early April and occupy the former site of Nobu Waik&#299;k&#299;. This unique opportunity presented itself because of a renovation delay at Halekulani Corporation&#8217;s Waik&#299;k&#299; Parc Hotel.<\/p>\n<p>L&#275;&#699;ahi Concept Kitchen will feature cuisine by renowned chefs from the Culinary Institute of the Pacific&#8217;s Guslander Distinguished Visiting Global Chef Series. As a concept kitchen, L&#275;&#699;ahi will feature multiple dining concepts, and the guest chefs will have their own pop-up events with their own menu interpretations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Related<\/strong>: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.staradvertiser.com\/2017\/03\/28\/food\/kcc-culinary-program-ventures-into-waikiki\/\">&ldquo;<abbr title=\"Kapiolani Community College\">KCC<\/abbr> culinary program ventures into Waikiki&rdquo;<\/a>, <em>Honolulu Star Advertiser<\/em> (subscription required), March 29, 2017<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recognized for its placement in regional and national culinary competitions, <a href=\"http:\/\/culinary.kapiolani.hawaii.edu\/\">the culinary arts program<\/a> at <span aria-label=\"Kapiolani\">Kapi&#699;olani<\/span> <abbr title=\"Community College\">CC<\/abbr> is known for promoting and using locally sourced ingredients in their contemporary cuisine. The program&#8217;s alumni have become outstanding and successful chefs.<\/p>\n<p>Patrons of L&#275;&#699;ahi will enjoy a variety of entertainment, including live piano music. The restaurant offers free valet parking and an embargo on gratuity.
