2017 Team Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Six student chefs at Kapiʻolani<\/span> Community College<\/a> are honing their skills as they prepare to compete as Team Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> at the Central and Western Regional Salons<\/a> in Joliet, Illinois, February 3–5.<\/p>\n

Jeremy C. David<\/strong>, Richard G. Lee<\/strong>, Kimberly Lim<\/strong>, Qihao (Sam) Tan<\/strong>, Sean K. Uyehara<\/strong> and Christian Rae K. Wong<\/strong> were selected among other finalists in the American Culinary Federation sanctioned State Culinary Competition Expo held December 2016. Since their win, team members under the guidance of chef-instructor Jason Peel<\/a><\/strong> have been spending hours learning nuances of the trade and fine-tuning their techniques in various categories of food preparation.<\/p>\n
