A showcase of international education and the various cultures of the world, the annual festival celebrates international educational efforts on the <span aria-label=\"Kapiolani\">Kapi&#699;olani<\/span> campus.<\/p>\n<p>The festival is free and open to the public from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day.
