The program aims to give participants overall well-being of their minds, bodies and emotions.<\/p>\n<p>With national statistics placing 20 years as an average amount of time that a person with a mental challenge loses in comparison to someone without a mental health challenge, this program has the potential to add years to participants&#8217; lives.
