For the second year, the University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span>–West Oʻahu<\/span><\/a> will host Project Lead The Way<\/a> (PLTW) summer teacher professional development programs—called core training–for Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> teachers implementing PLTW<\/abbr>’s science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) programs in K–12 classrooms. Project Lead The Way is a nonprofit organization that provides transformative learning experiences for K–12 students and teachers. More than 8,000 elementary, middle and high schools offer the curriculum across 50 states.<\/p>\n

Various sessions will be held at the UH<\/abbr> West Oʻahu<\/span> campus throughout June including<\/p>\n
