Fall 2016 tuition payment deadline<\/h2>\n

Tuition and fees for students registering April 20 to July 22, 2016 must be paid in full or enrollment in the UH<\/abbr> Installment Payment Plan by Friday, July 22, 2016, 4 p.m.<\/abbr> (HST<\/abbr>). UH<\/abbr> Installment Payment Plan will be offered starting July 1, 2016; see MyUH<\/abbr><\/a> portal for details. If full payment or enrollment in the UH<\/abbr> Installment Payment Plan is not POSTED to your MyUH<\/abbr> account by Friday, July 22, 2016, 4 p.m.<\/abbr> (HST<\/abbr>), your registration may be cancelled.<\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>: If you are a fall 2016 financial aid recipient, please disregard the July 22 deadline, your deadline is Wednesday, August 31, 2016, 4 p.m.<\/abbr> (HST<\/abbr>). Please refer to the Fall 2016 Registration Guide for detailed information.<\/p>\n

Full payment can be made by MasterCard, VISA or any credit card accepted by the Discover Network such as Discover, Diners and JCB<\/abbr>, pinless debit card or web check (checking or savings account) or sign up for the Installment Payment Plan over the web by connecting to MyUH<\/a>. Check payments can be mailed to University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> Cashier’s Office, 2600 Campus Road, QLCSS 105, Honolulu, HI 96822-2205.<\/p>\n

Students should allow a minimum of 5 days for mail delivery to meet the payment deadline. Students should use the Mail-In Payment Remittance Form in the Fall 2016 Registration Guide<\/em> to mail in their payment. Campus mail and drop off payments are not accepted. Payment by cash or check can be made in person at the Cashier’s Office<\/a>, Student Services Center, First Floor, 8:30 a.m.<\/abbr>–3:30 p.m.<\/abbr> For students’ convenience, the Cashier’s Office will have extended window service hours from 8:30 a.m.<\/abbr> to 4 p.m.<\/abbr> on July 22, 2016.<\/p>\n

Students who are due a refund should verify their mailing address is correct and sign up for eRefund on their MyUH<\/abbr> portal.<\/p>\n

Fall 2016 faculty and staff tuition waivers<\/h2>\n

Eligible University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> employees (this does not apply to graduate assistants) may enroll in credit courses in the university system and use a Faculty\/Staff Tuition Waiver to pay for a maximum of 6 credit hrs per semester. Employees must first apply for admission (submit a UH<\/abbr> Admission Application Form to the Admissions Office) by the appropriate deadline and be admitted before registering for classes.<\/p>\n

Employees should disregard the scheduled registration time given to them by MyUH<\/abbr><\/a> since Faculty\/Staff Tuition Waivers are valid only for classes registered during the Late Registration Period August 22–31. Employees must register on MyUH<\/abbr>. Faculty and staff who register before the late registration period will be assessed all applicable tuition and fees. No refunds will be made.<\/p>\n

Tuition and fees must be paid in full by Wednesday, August 31, 2016, 4 p.m.<\/abbr> (HST<\/abbr>). Absolute last day to process fall 2016 Faculty\/Staff\/Spouse\/Domestic Partner Tuition Waivers will be Monday, September 12, 2016, 3:30 p.m.<\/abbr> (HST<\/abbr>).
