{"id":44709,"date":"2016-04-11T10:22:25","date_gmt":"2016-04-11T20:22:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/?p=44709"},"modified":"2019-05-23T08:00:30","modified_gmt":"2019-05-23T18:00:30","slug":"art-flea-comes-to-uh-manoa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/2016\/04\/11\/art-flea-comes-to-uh-manoa\/","title":{"rendered":"Art + Flea comes to <abbr title=\"University of Hawaii\">UH<\/abbr> M\u0101noa"},"content":{"rendered":"<span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt; 1<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">minute<\/span><\/span><p><a href=\"http:\/\/artandflea.com\/\">Art + Flea<\/a>, the urban market, returns to the <a href=\"http:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\">University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> at M&#257;noa<\/a> campus on Friday, April 15, 2&#8211;7 <abbr title=\"after noon\">p.m.<\/abbr> Art + Flea is an eclectic event featuring a carnival, fashion show, improv theater, food and an open arts studio.<\/p>\n<p>Stretching from Legacy Pathway to the Campus Cencter Courtyard to the Art Department Building, the event is organized by <abbr>UH<\/abbr> M&#257;noa&#8217;s Student Media program with Art + Flea and the university&#8217;s Campus Center Board Activities Council (<abbr>CCB AC<\/abbr>).<\/p>\n<p>Art + Flea is a trending urban market that has received an enthusiastic reception from the <abbr>UH<\/abbr> community. Art + Flea will bring 19 of its vendors (clothing, crafts, jewelry) to campus. This event will promote student involvement while engaging community collaboration.
