More than 30 forthcoming graduates of the University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> at Mānoa’s bachelor of fine arts program<\/a> in the Department of Art and Art History will showcase their work at VISION: 2016 Bachelor of Fine Arts Exhibition<\/em><\/a> on April 24 through May 13.<\/p>\n

VISION: 2016 Bachelor of Fine Arts Exhibition<\/em> features each student’s thoughts, concepts and manifestations near the completion of coursework towards their degree. The students have endeavored to create their most challenging and ambitious artwork yet.<\/p>\n

This group exhibition is a culmination of a semester-long focused exploration of professional studio practice. Their pieces in graphic design, drawing and painting, glass, ceramics, fiber, printmaking, photography and sculpture show a diverse range of ideas and techniques.<\/p>\n

The graphic design program presents its students’ work in The Commons Gallery. The works of the students in the Studio Art program are featured at The Art Gallery at UH<\/abbr> Mānoa.<\/p>\n

Exhibit information<\/h2>\n

The Department of Art and Art History will present VISION: 2016 Bachelor of Fine Arts Exhibition<\/em>” on April 24 through May 13 in the Art Gallery and the Commons Gallery in the UH<\/abbr> Mānoa Art Building.<\/p>\n

Gallery walk-throughs with the artists will take place in the Art Gallery on Monday, April 25; Wednesday, April 27 and Friday, April 29 from 3 to 4 p.m.<\/abbr><\/p>\n
