Kapiʻolani<\/span> Community College<\/a> stages the 28th Annual International Festival<\/a>, March 14–17. The festival features guest speakers, music, dance, art, films, literature and poetry that beautifully showcase the diversity of cultures found in the world today. All events are free and open to the public.<\/p>\n

This year’s theme is “HEROES.” International students from Korea, Japan, China and Venezuela will introduce participants to the lives and achievements of inspirational African Americans and American women as well as heros in international literature.<\/p>\n

The international festival is sponsored by the Honda International Opportunities Fund and the Pacific and Asian Affairs Council.<\/p>\n
