Spring 2016 faculty and staff tuition waivers<\/h2>\n

Eligible University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> employees (this does not apply to graduate assistants) may enroll in credit courses in the university system and use a Faculty\/Staff Tuition Waiver to pay for a maximum of 6 credit hrs per semester. <\/p>\n

Employees must first apply for admission (submit a UH<\/abbr> admission application form to the admissions office) by the appropriate deadline and be admitted before registering for classes. <\/p>\n

Employees should disregard the scheduled registration time given to them by MyUH<\/a> since Faculty\/Staff Tuition Waivers are valid only for classes registered during the Late Registration Period—January 11–20. Employees must register on MyÂ鶹´«Ã½web site. Faculty and staff who register before<\/strong> the late registration period will be assessed all applicable tuition and fees. No refunds will be made. <\/p>\n

Tuition and fees must be paid in full by Wednesday, January 20, 2016, 4 p.m. (HST<\/abbr>). Absolute last day to process Spring 2016 Faculty\/Staff\/Spouse\/Domestic Partner Tuition Waivers will be Monday, February 1, 2016, 3:30 p.m. (HST<\/abbr>). Please refer to the Spring 2016 Registration Guide<\/em> for detailed information. <\/p>\n

Spring 2016 tuition payment deadline, January 20<\/h2>\n

Tuition and fees for students registering January 4 to January 20, 2016 must be paid in full or enrollment in the payment plan by Wednesday, January 20, 2016, 4 p.m. (HST<\/abbr>). If full payment or enrollment in the Installment Payment Plan is not posted<\/strong> to your MyÂ鶹´«Ã½account by January 20, 4 p.m. (HST<\/abbr>), you will have a financial obligation and a hold will be placed on your account. Please refer to the Spring 2016 Registration Guide<\/em> for detailed information.<\/p>\n

Full payment or enrollment in the Payment Plan must be posted<\/strong> to your MyÂ鶹´«Ã½account<\/a> by January 20, 2016, 4 p.m. (HST<\/abbr>).<\/p>\n

Payment can be made by MasterCard, VISA or any credit card accepted by the Discover Network such as Discover, Diners and JCB<\/abbr>, pinless debit card or web check (checking or savings account) or sign up for the Installment Payment Plan over the web by connecting to https:\/\/myuh.hawaii.edu<\/a>. Check payments can be mailed to University of Â鶹´«Ã½<\/span> Cashier’s Office, 2600 Campus Road, QLCSS 105, Honolulu, HI<\/abbr> 96822-2205. <\/p>\n

Students should allow a minimum of 5 days for mail delivery to meet the payment deadline. Students should use the Mail-In Payment Remittance Form in the registration guide to mail in their payment.<\/p>\n

Campus mail and drop off payments are not accepted. Payment by cash or check can be made in person at the Cashier’s Office, Student Services Center, First Floor, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For students’ convenience, the Cashier’s Office will have extended window service hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on January 20, 2016.<\/p>\n

Students who are due a refund should verify their mailing address is correct and sign up for eRefund on their MyÂ鶹´«Ã½portal.<\/p>\n
